About the Company
EBC Inspire is a sister company to EBC which is one of the largest outdoor fitness companies in the country.
EBC Inspire was established in 2016 with the idea to engage children that are not motivated through mainstream sports.
As a company we aim to Inspire children to get active and to get moving. We will work with pupils to ensure they are working to the best of their ability in every session.
We have had the pleasure of working with school all across Essex to offer an alternative prevision to their pupils. We have worked with specific groups of children to build teamwork and confidence within the group. We have run all day teambuilding days for secondary schools working with whole year groups.
The company has seen massive growth in the short time of operation and we are constantly expanding our team and the areas we are working in. Our ultimate goal as a company is to inspire 1million children to get active.
The evolution of EBC Inspire is that we are always looking for new ways to Inspire children to get active, whether its physically active or mentally active we are innovating and adapting sessions to motivate our next generation.
About the owner
Wesley Chimmunchlam the director of EBC Inspire:

Our slogan #ONELIFEONEMILLION can be read in two parts:
If you give me 1million children and 1 person's life is changed because of something we have done then I am over the moon.
Or
In my lifetime if I can Inspire 1million children to get active I will have accomplished what I set out to do.
Having worked in school environments my whole working career I believe we have developed a philosophy and ethos that schools, parents, and councils are looking for.
The way we achieve all of our goals is by using the vehicle of fitness and sport. However, we also focus on teaching life skills in every lesson to equip the children with essential qualities to be able to thrive in everyday life. By using a set of guidelines and rules, and using life like scenarios in our sessions, we have observed considerable changes in both behaviour and attitude within the children’

The vision of EBC Inspire is to ensure that every child that has the comes through our session leaves with a positive mind-set and a belief that they are good enough.
We aim to achieve the goal of inspiring 1 million children through the provisions we offer, we are constantly evolving and innovating our sessions and the way we encourage children to get active.
