WHAT EBC INSPIRE HAS TO OFFER

EBC Inspire offers a range of services to schools:

EBC Inspire runs boot camp sessions throughout Essex. These operate along side Essex Boot Camp sessions (EBC), so why not leave your children with EBC Inspire whilst you get your workout with the EBC. 

Open to all age from 4+ and all abilities.

EBC Inspire will come to your facility and deliver a 90min session with pupils and parents. 

Layout of session:

- 45 Min seminar style session with parents focusing on nutrition, understanding behavioural trends, and children's mindset. 

- Followed by a 45min session with both parents and children together. 

We aim to facilitate an environment that will encourage and inspire children to work with their parents creating memories, building a bond and focusing on a positive mindset.

EBC Inspire has you covered for holiday clubs, if you are looking for full day, or half day clubs we are here to help. Please contact us to find out more about the clubs we are running. 

EBC Inspire offer bespoke Personal Training for families, children and small groups. 

EBC Inspire will set up boot camp style sessions that will be tailored to your needs and focusing specifically on your targets.

Working with children we will ensure all sessions are fun and focused.
